The firm recently hired Jacques Grondin, who holds a 20 year restaurant veteran with a YUM! and Sonic background. Jacques has over 20 years of experience in driving operational growth, leading full-scale start-up and turnaround efforts, spearheading major change initiatives and strengthening leading restaurant brands including Sonic, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. Prior to joining the team Jacques spent several years as the Vice President of Franchise Operations for Sonic in which he was directly responsible for managing over 700 Sonic restaurants. “I partnered with Mike and Ryan because I saw how they viewed the business…people, people, people. They are all about building a strong company culture that supports the growth of their people and I couldn’t be more excited for what our team is going to accomplish together.”, said Jacques.
